XXIO expands its ball portfolio with the new Hyper RD golf ball. This model is aimed at golfers seeking a high, stable ball flight combined with a soft feel, and those looking for high compatibility with their XXIO clubs.
The Hyper RD is designed for a high launch angle and comparatively low spin, aiming to produce a more consistent, higher ball flight with plenty of carry that remains stable even in challenging wind conditions. This is based on XXIO’s developed Rebound Frame structure, which supports efficient ball deformation at impact and enhances the launch angle without requiring players to adjust their swing.
Inside, the ball features an advanced three-piece construction. A highly resilient mid-layer reduces excessive spin and promotes forward momentum, while the core is designed for uniform energy transfer across various swing speeds. This results in consistent distance and predictable ball behavior.
The new 362 Speed Dimple pattern adds additional aerodynamics. Seven differently sized dimples reduce air resistance and help maintain speed and flight stability until landing.
In the short game, the Hyper RD uses a newly developed Hyper Soft Cover. This ionomer cover is designed for increased grip on pitches, chips, and short iron shots, providing reliable spin and a soft, urethane-like feel, without compromising durability and longevity.
