WITB: Justin Rose’s Clubs at the 2026 Farmers Insurance Open

From driver to putter: a look into Justin Rose’s bag and the clubs that helped him set a record at Torrey Pines.

At 45 years old, Englishman Justin Rose dominated the field at Torrey Pines during the 2026 Farmers Insurance Open on the PGA Tour, securing his first title of the season with a seven-stroke lead and a tournament record of 23 under par. A look into his bag reveals a versatile club selection that matched his impressive performance in Southern California.

Justin Rose’s Driver: Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke Triple Diamond Max

Off the tee, Rose uses a Callaway driver with a 9° loft. The Paradym Ai Smoke Triple Diamond Max is a high-performance club designed for experienced players seeking maximum control, a compact head, and low spin without sacrificing forgiveness. Featuring the Ai Smart Face technology, it stabilizes spin and launch angles on off-center hits through multiple sweet spots. Rose achieved a maximum drive distance of 352 yards (approximately 322 meters) at the Farmers Insurance Open with this driver.

Fairway Woods for Every Shot

His driver is complemented by a TaylorMade M6 3-wood with a 15° loft, featuring Twist-Face technology for explosive shots from both the turf and the tee. The advanced Speed Pocket design enhances clubface flexibility and energy transfer, resulting in higher, longer shots with less distance loss on imperfect contact. Rose also carries a TaylorMade QiD4 7-wood with a 21° loft, ideal for mid to long approach shots, offering a high ball flight and soft landing on the green, especially effective from the rough.

Irons and Wedges: Precision and Feel

For irons, Rose chooses Miura TC-502 4- or 5-irons as utility clubs depending on the course setup, and Miura MC-502 irons for his 6-PW set. TC models are tour cavity-back irons offering more forgiveness, while MC models are muscle-back blades designed for maximum control and feedback but require precise strikes. Rose trusts Titleist wedges, alternating between Vokey Design SM10 with 52° or 56° lofts and a Vokey Design WedgeWorks 60° wedge. His putter is a Scotty Cameron Phantom T-5 Tour Prototype, made of 303 stainless steel and 6061 aircraft aluminum in a mallet design, which he has tested since September 2025 but is not yet commercially available. On the ball, Rose, like many pros, uses the Titleist Pro V1x.
