Prominent Stars Headline the WTGL

Similar to the TGL, the WTGL will feature some of the sport’s top stars, as shown by this first wave of committed players. The standout is undoubtedly Jeeno Thitikul, the world number one who has claimed five LPGA Tour awards and seven victories. Leading the rankings since August 2025, the 22-year-old is one of golf’s brightest talents.

Also joining is Charley Hull, ranked fifth worldwide. The English player has won three LPGA events and boasts an impressive 15-9-3 record across seven Solheim Cups for Team Europe.

LPGA Hall of Famer and former world number one Lydia Ko will compete next year. The 28-year-old has 23 LPGA Tour wins, including three majors, and three Olympic medals.

Brooke Henderson, announced as the fourth WTGL player by TMRW Sports, holds 14 LPGA Tour wins with two majors, making her Canada’s most successful golfer.

The final player in this inaugural WTGL group is 30-year-old American Lexi Thompson, who won the 2014 Kraft Nabisco Championship, becoming the second-youngest major winner in LPGA history.
