Scotty Cameron Expands Studio-Style Series with Three New Putters

Three new Scotty Cameron putters: Santa Fe, Fastback 2, and Fastback 2 Long Design combine classic design with modern face technology.

The Carlsbad, California-based subsidiary of Titleist introduces three new putter models in its Studio-Style family. The Santa Fe, Fastback 2, and Fastback 2 Long Design complete the lineup within the putter family, with Scotty Cameron extending its series of blades and mid-mallets. These putters are configured to accommodate different toe-flow profiles and putting strokes.

The Studio-Style line merges classic Scotty Cameron blade shapes with newly developed mid-mallet constructions. The focus is on evolving known designs, supplemented by technical adjustments aimed at delivering controlled feel and consistent ball speed. A key feature is the Studio Carbon Steel face insert combined with a chain-link milling pattern. This design influences sound and vibration at impact without altering feedback or ball roll consistency.

Scotty Cameron Santa Fe

The Santa Fe revisits a design known for decades, with a head shape inspired by the Newport. Its curved hosel produces a pronounced toe flow, particularly suited for players with a clear arc in their putting stroke, enhancing face angle awareness throughout the stroke. Modern manufacturing techniques and current face technology complete its classic appearance.

Scotty Cameron Fastback 2 and Fastback 2 Long Design

The Fastback 2 is a compact mid-mallet based on the earlier Studio-Style Fastback. Its plumbing-neck hosel provides a moderate toe flow encouraging a slight inside-to-inside stroke path. The head is crafted from milled steel, complemented by a black anodized aluminum insert between toe and heel to increase perimeter weighting and serve as a visual alignment aid. A left-handed version is available.

The Fastback 2 Long Design is a longer, heavier version of the Fastback 2, featuring the same head shape and hosel but built for extra stability. At 38 inches long, it incorporates tungsten sole weights for increased head mass, a longer straight grip, and a stiffer shaft aimed at players seeking a steadier, smoother stroke. It is also offered in a left-handed variant.

Face Technology Focused on Feedback and Control

All Studio-Style putters feature the Studio Carbon Steel face insert with a chain-link milling pattern. Carbon steel was preferred in proprietary testing for its ability to reduce vibration duration at impact, producing a short, controlled sound. The material also supports consistent ball speed. A nickel coating protects the insert for durability. The milling pattern reduces ball-to-face contact points, further dampening impact sound.

The Santa Fe and Fastback 2 models come in standard lengths of 33, 34, and 35 inches, retailing at €529.00 MSRP. The Fastback 2 Long Design is available only in 38 inches at €599.00 MSRP. These new Studio-Style putters have been available in golf shops since February 12.
