Scotty Cameron Expands Studio-Style Putter Line with Three New Models

Three new Scotty Cameron putters: Santa Fe, Fastback 2, and Fastback 2 Long Design blend classic style with modern face technology.

The Carlsbad, California-based subsidiary of Titleist unveils three new models in their Studio-Style family. The putters Santa Fe, Fastback 2, and Fastback 2 Long Design complete the selection within the putter range, complementing Scotty Cameron’s series of blades and mid-mallets. Each putter is configured to accommodate different toe-flow profiles and putting strokes.

The Studio-Style line merges classic Scotty Cameron blade shapes with newly developed mid-mallet constructions. Central to this evolution is the Studio Carbon Steel face insert combined with the Chain-Link milling pattern, which influences sound and vibration at impact without altering feedback or consistency of ball roll.

Scotty Cameron Santa Fe

The Santa Fe recalls the iconic Newport head shape with a curved hosel that promotes pronounced toe flow, ideal for players with a noticeably arced putting stroke. Classic design meets modern manufacturing techniques and current face technology.

Scotty Cameron Fastback 2

The Fastback 2 is a compact mid-mallet based on the previous Studio-Style Fastback, featuring a plumbing-neck hosel for moderate toe flow that encourages a slight inside-to-inside stroke. The head combines a milled steel body with a black anodized aluminum inlay enhancing perimeter weighting and serving as an alignment aid. Available in a left-handed version as well.

Scotty Cameron Fastback 2 Long Design

The Fastback 2 Long Design offers a longer and heavier version of the Fastback 2. It maintains the head shape and hosel of the standard model but adds stability with a 38-inch length, tungsten sole weights for increased head weight, a longer straight grip, and a stiffer shaft. This model targets players seeking a smoother, more consistent stroke and is also offered for left-handed golfers.

Putter Face and Design: Focus on Feedback and Control

All Studio-Style putters feature Studio Carbon Steel face inserts with Chain-Link milling. Carbon steel was chosen over other materials for its reduced vibration duration at impact, producing a short, controlled sound and supporting consistent ball speed. A nickel coating protects the insert, enhancing durability. The milling pattern reduces contact points between ball and face, further dampening sound.

The Santa Fe and Fastback 2 come in standard lengths of 33, 34, and 35 inches, priced at €529 MSRP, while the Fastback 2 Long Design is available only in 38 inches at €599 MSRP. These new Studio-Style putters have been available in golf retail since February 12.
