Scotty Cameron Expands Studio-Style Series with Three New Putters

Three new Scotty Cameron putters: Santa Fe, Fastback 2, and Fastback 2 Long Design blend classic design with modern face technology. The Carlsbad, California-based subsidiary of Titleist introduces three new putter models in their Studio-Style family. The Santa Fe, Fastback 2, and Fastback 2 Long Design putters complete the lineup, complementing Scotty Cameron’s range of blades and mid-mallets. These putters are designed to suit different toe-flow profiles and putting strokes.

Studio-Style Line Combines Classic and Modern Features

The Studio-Style line merges Scotty Cameron’s classic blade shapes with newly developed mid-mallet constructions. The designs feature technical enhancements aimed at delivering controlled feel and consistent ball speeds. Central to this is the Studio Carbon Steel face insert with a chain-link milling pattern, which influences sound and vibration on impact without altering feedback or ball launch consistency.

Distinct Models for Different Putting Styles

The Santa Fe model draws from the well-known Newport design with a bent neck promoting pronounced toe flow, ideal for players with an arcing stroke, helping them read the face angle throughout the stroke. The Fastback 2 is a compact mid-mallet with a plumbing-neck shaft for moderate toe flow, favoring a slight inside-to-inside putting motion. Its multi-material head combines milled steel and black anodized aluminum inserts that enhance perimeter weighting and provide alignment aid. This model is available for left-handed golfers. The Fastback 2 Long Design is a longer, heavier version optimized for stability, measuring 38 inches with tungsten sole weights, a longer straight grip, and a stiffer shaft for smoother, more consistent strokes. It is also offered in a left-handed option.

Face Technology Focused on Feedback and Control

All Studio-Style putters feature a Studio Carbon Steel face insert with chain-link milling. Carbon steel was chosen over other materials for its ability to reduce vibration duration, producing a short, controlled sound, while supporting consistent ball speed. The insert is nickel-plated for durability, and the specific milling pattern reduces ball-face contact points, further dampening sound. The Santa Fe and Fastback 2 models come in standard lengths of 33, 34, and 35 inches, priced at €529. The Fastback 2 Long Design is available exclusively in 38 inches at €599. These new Studio-Style putters have been available in golf shops since February 12.
