Scotty Cameron Expands Studio-Style Putter Line with Three New Models

Three new Scotty Cameron putters: Santa Fe, Fastback 2, and Fastback 2 Long Design combine classic design with modern face technology.

The Carlsbad, California-based subsidiary of Titleist introduces three new putter models to its Studio-Style family. The Santa Fe, Fastback 2, and Fastback 2 Long Design putters complete the lineup, complementing Scotty Cameron’s range of blades and mid-mallets. Each putter is designed to accommodate different toe flow profiles and stroke types.

The Studio-Style line blends classic Scotty Cameron blade shapes with newly developed mid-mallet constructions. The focus is on evolving familiar designs combined with technical enhancements aimed at providing controlled feel and consistent ball speeds. A key feature is the Studio Carbon Steel face insert with a Chain-Link milling pattern, influencing the sound and vibration at impact without compromising feedback or ball launch consistency.

The Santa Fe revisits a decades-old design inspired by the Newport, featuring a curved hosel that promotes pronounced toe flow, ideal for players with a clear arcing putting stroke. It supports better perception of face angle throughout the stroke while combining classic looks with modern manufacturing and face technology.

The Fastback 2 is a compact mid-mallet based on the previous Studio-Style Fastback. Its plumbing neck hosel offers moderate toe flow that encourages a slightly inside-to-inside stroke path. The putter head features a milled steel body with a black anodized aluminum inlay between heel and toe to enhance perimeter weighting and serve as an alignment aid. A left-handed version is also available.

The Fastback 2 Long Design offers a longer and heavier version of the Fastback 2, sharing shape and hosel but designed for added stability. At 38 inches long with tungsten sole weights, a longer straight grip, and a stiffer shaft, it targets players seeking a smoother and more consistent stroke. A left-handed option is included.

Face Technology: Focus on Feedback and Control

All Studio-Style putters feature the Studio Carbon Steel face insert with a Chain-Link milling pattern. Carbon steel was chosen over other materials after internal tests showed it reduces vibration duration at impact, producing a short,
