Mizuno Pro Modern Series: Precision Meets Speed in New M-13 and M-15 Irons

The Mizuno Pro M-13 and M-15 irons launch a new generation offering speed, control, and feel in a classic form.

With the introduction of the Pro Modern Series, Mizuno opens a new chapter in its Pro line. The M-13 and M-15 models target ambitious golfers who expect modern performance features but do not want to compromise on compact head shapes, solid feel, and precise feedback at impact. Both models cater to different player types and complement the existing Mizuno Pro offerings with a contemporary performance-oriented option.

Mizuno Pro M-13: Tour-inspired Shape with Modern Power

The Pro M-13 follows the tour-proven concept of its predecessor, the Pro 243, combining classic proportions with advanced construction. It’s designed for players seeking a fast and stable ball flight with maximum precision in scoring irons.

Long irons utilize a three-piece forged structure. The combination of Chromoly and stainless steel allows an extremely thin face that generates significantly higher ball speeds than the previous model. Despite increased dynamics, feedback remains clear and direct. Mid irons provide consistent distance thanks to extra flexibility, while short irons and wedges use a one-piece forging for precision and feel.

Performance is further enhanced by tuned vibration dampening and a tour-inspired sole for clean turf interaction.

Pro M-15: Increased Height and Stability

The M-15, successor to the Pro 245, targets players who prefer higher ball launch and extra forgiveness without sacrificing a compact look. The set offers smooth transitions from long irons to wedges in shape, feel, and performance.

Its core is the advanced CORTECH face technology in irons 4 to 8, combined with a hollow-body construction for high ball speeds and consistent results. Strategically placed tungsten weights boost launch and stability, promoting a straight, reliable ball flight. In short irons, control becomes the focus again, supported by a semi-hollow forged construction.

Optimized sole geometry improves turf contact, while targeted dampening elements create a satisfying impact feel.
