Under Armour becomes the new outfitter for 4Aces GC. Starting in the 2026 LIV Golf season, Dustin Johnson’s team will compete in new gear.
New Apparel Partner for Established LIV Golf Team
Under Armour is expanding its commitment to professional golf, becoming the official apparel sponsor of the LIV Golf team 4Aces GC starting with the 2026 season. This partnership broadens the American sports brand’s presence on the international golf stage.
Led by captain Dustin Johnson, the team will debut its Under Armour gear at the LIV Golf League season opener from February 4 to 7 at the Riyadh Golf Club in Saudi Arabia. The roster includes two-time Major winner Johnson, Masters champion Patrick Reed, as well as Europeans Thomas Pieters and Thomas Detry.
Sean Eggert, Senior Vice President of Global Sports Marketing at Under Armour, emphasized the athletic focus of the collaboration, aiming to support athletes at peak performance levels. Partnering with a team led by multiple Major champions aligns with the brand’s philosophy of emphasizing performance, precision, and confidence.
Focus on Performance and Innovation
As part of the partnership, 4Aces GC players will be equipped with select products from Under Armour’s current golf collection, including the new Drive Pro Clone golf shoes and ArmourDry polo shirts, both set for release in early February. The collection is designed to meet the demands of modern golf by combining lightweight materials, breathable fabrics, and functional cuts to enable consistent performance under varying conditions.
Dustin Johnson expressed enthusiasm about the new collaboration, highlighting Under Armour’s long-standing focus on athletic performance. He noted that the shared philosophy of pushing limits and putting the athlete first led to the partnership.
Under Armour’s commitment to 4Aces GC fits into its broader golf strategy. The brand has long outfitted notable professionals such as three-time Major winner Jordan Spieth, as well as players like Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen, Christo Lamprecht, and emerging talent Kieron van Wyk.
WM Phoenix Open champion Thomas Detry has officially signed with Dustin Johnson’s Aces GC on the LIV Golf League.
He said about the move:
“There’s an amazing vibe around the 4Aces that you feel right away. You can see they play with confidence and there’s a definite swagger… pic.twitter.com/F6xTKdbHFs
