The 2026 golf season promises a packed calendar for fans. From the prestigious men’s and women’s Majors to the Solheim Cup and events across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, there is no shortage of top-tier tournaments.
Men’s Majors: Tradition, prestige and iconic venues
The men’s Major season kicks off April 9–12 with the legendary Masters. After Rory McIlroy completed his career Grand Slam in 2025 as the first European to do so, he returns to the Augusta National Golf Club as defending champion. The PGA Championship follows May 4–17 at Aronimink Golf Club in Pennsylvania. The summer highlight is the US Open from June 18–21 at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club in New York, where J.J. Spaun triumphed in 2025. The Major season concludes with The Open from July 16–19 at Royal Birkdale Golf Club in England, where Scottie Scheffler secured his second Major title of the year in 2025.
