Wilson DYNAPWR Max+ Driver: Maximum Forgiveness for Every Skill Level

Wilson introduces its most forgiving driver ever: the Dynapwr Max+. Designed for every player type and maximum control.Expanding the DYNAPWR series, Wilson Golf introduces a new driver focused on maximum forgiveness and stability: the DYNAPWR Max+. A key feature of the DYNAPWR Max+ is its exceptionally high moment of inertia (MOI), surpassing 10,000 for the first time, providing greater head stability at impact for straighter drives and more consistent ball flights even on off-center hits. Wilson achieved this high MOI without increasing the overall weight of the clubhead, aiming to combine stability and forgiveness with high clubhead and ball speeds. The driver is highly adjustable to fit various player types, featuring a six-way adjustable hosel and a movable weight in the rear of the clubhead to customize launch angle and spin. The DYNAPWR Max+ performance is based on an enhanced PKR360 face construction (Peak Kinetic Response), which improves heel area performance without compromising speed or consistency across the entire face. Compared to previous DYNAPWR models, face insert control has been significantly increased. A lighter, more precisely crafted face saved approximately five grams, relocated to the back of the clubhead to contribute to the high MOI. Manufacturing precision was also optimized to maximize ball speed within USGA limits. Aerodynamically inspired surfaces further boost clubhead speed. For improved consistency on off-center strikes, the driver features an optimized bulge and roll geometry. A rounder face supports better gear effect control, stabilizing spin and distance on mishits. It comes with a lightweight carbon crown and a redesigned clubhead shape offering greater usable volume. A lower crown height and reduced face mass allow more freedom in weight distribution, especially at the edges, increasing forgiveness. The Max+ design also appeals to skilled players, with a pronounced toe flare offering enhanced visual confidence at address without sacrificing clubhead stability. Alongside performance and design, acoustics were fine-tuned using topology optimization by Wilson engineers, resulting in a rich, powerful impact sound. Wilson positions the DYNAPWR Max+ driver for a broad audience ranging from tour players to ambitious amateurs, including single and mid-handicappers, focusing clearly on enhanced stability, forgiveness, and consistency off the tee. The DYNAPWR Max+ is available for pre-order starting January 29, 2026, priced at 500 euros.
