Fujikura kicks off 2026 with the new VENTUS TR Blue shaft featuring fresh VeloCore+ technology.
Fujikura launches the VENTUS TR Blue, a new model building on a proven foundation. Retaining the popular mid-launch, low-spin profile of its predecessor, this new version incorporates the updated VeloCore+ technology, which Fujikura claims brings enhanced stability and consistency.
Fujikura: In-House Technology
Like the previous VENTUS TR, the new VENTUS TR Blue was developed using the company’s enso® system, a 3D motion-capture technology that allows detailed analysis of shaft movements. The data collected fed directly into the design of the new model, which Fujikura says is optimized for energy transfer and control.
Familiar Feel with New Details
According to the manufacturer, the VENTUS TR Blue is ideal for players seeking a consistent ball flight with an active swing style. The new material combination of VeloCore+ and Spread Tow Carbon aims to provide greater shaft stability under high loads, while maintaining the balance of feel and control. Positioned between the VENTUS Blue and VENTUS Black, the new TR Blue reportedly increased clubhead speed for most test players in internal trials. It fills a gap in the portfolio and is designed for those who want a stable but not overly stiff shaft profile.
Many Options for Different Player Types
The shaft is available in multiple weight classes ranging from 50 to 90 grams, with flex options from Regular to Extra Stiff. Starting January 9, 2026, the VENTUS TR Blue will be available through authorized dealers and selected custom-fit programs.
