Fujikura kicks off 2026 with the new VENTUS TR Blue shaft featuring updated VeloCore+ technology for enhanced stability.
With the VENTUS TR Blue, Fujikura launches a new shaft model built upon a proven foundation. It retains the mid-launch, low-spin profile of its predecessor while introducing an internal update called VeloCore+, designed to increase stability and consistency.
Fujikura: In-House Technology
Like the previous VENTUS TR, the new version was developed using the enso® system, a 3D motion capture technology that analyzes shaft movements in detail. The data collected were directly incorporated into the design, optimizing energy transfer and control according to Fujikura.
Familiar Feel, New Details
The VENTUS TR Blue targets players seeking a consistent ball flight with an active swing style. Its new material combination—VeloCore+ and Spread Tow Carbon—aims to provide greater shaft stability under high load while maintaining a balance between feel and control. Positioned between the VENTUS Blue and VENTUS Black models, internal tests led by product manager TJ Spidle showed increased clubhead speed for most testers. This new model fills a portfolio gap, catering to those who want a stable yet not overly stiff shaft profile.
Multiple Options for Different Player Types
The shaft is available in weight classes from 50 to 90 grams and flex options from Regular to Extra-Stiff. The VENTUS TR Blue will be available from January 9, 2026, through authorized retailers and select custom-fit programs.
