Fujikura VENTUS TR Blue: Next Generation Shaft with VeloCore+ Technology

Fujikura starts 2026 with the new VENTUS TR Blue shaft featuring fresh VeloCore+ technology.

Fujikura launches the VENTUS TR Blue, a new shaft model that builds on a proven foundation. The new version maintains the mid-launch, low-spin characteristics of its predecessor while incorporating an internal update: VeloCore+ technology, which Fujikura claims will bring more stability and consistency to play.

Fujikura: In-House Technology

Like the previous VENTUS TR, the new version was developed using the company’s enso® system, a 3D motion-capture technology that allows detailed analysis of shaft movement. The data obtained directly influenced the design of the new model, optimized for energy transfer and control according to Fujikura.

Familiar Feel, New Details

The VENTUS TR Blue is designed for players seeking a consistent ball flight with an active swing. The new combination of materials—VeloCore+ and Spread Tow Carbon—aims to provide increased stability under high stress. Fujikura maintains a balance between feel and control. Positioned between the VENTUS Blue and VENTUS Black, product manager TJ Spidle reports internal tests showed increased clubhead speed for most players. The new model fills a gap in the portfolio, suited for those wanting a stable but not overly stiff shaft profile.

Multiple Options for Different Player Types

The shaft is available in several weight classes from 50 to 90 grams, with flex variants from Regular to Extra-Stiff. Starting January 9, 2026, the VENTUS TR Blue will be available through authorized dealers and selected custom-fit programs.
