Fujikura kicks off 2026 with the new VENTUS TR Blue shaft featuring fresh VeloCore+ technology.
Fujikura introduces the VENTUS TR Blue, a new model built on a trusted foundation. This latest version maintains the proven mid-launch, low-spin characteristics of its predecessor while integrating an internal update: VeloCore+ technology designed to deliver increased stability and consistency in play.
Fujikura: In-House Technology Innovation
The new VENTUS TR Blue was developed using Fujikura’s enso® system, a proprietary 3D motion-capture technology that analyzes shaft movement in detail. The data collected fed directly into the design of the new shaft, optimized for improved energy transfer and control.
Familiar Feel with New Enhancements
According to the manufacturer, the VENTUS TR Blue caters especially to players seeking a consistent ball flight with an active swing style. Its new material composition—VeloCore+ combined with Spread Tow Carbon—aims to provide enhanced shaft stability under high stress while preserving the balance between feel and control. Positioned between the VENTUS Blue and VENTUS Black models, product manager TJ Spidle reports internal testing showed increased clubhead speed for the majority of players. This model fills a portfolio gap by offering a stable yet not excessively stiff shaft profile.
Options for Diverse Player Types
The shaft is available in multiple weight classes ranging from 50 to 90 grams, with flex options from Regular to Extra-Stiff. Starting January 9, 2026, the VENTUS TR Blue will be available through authorized dealers and selected custom-fit programs.
