Fujikura kicks off 2026 with the new VENTUS TR Blue shaft featuring fresh VeloCore+ technology.
Fujikura introduces the VENTUS TR Blue, a new model built on a trusted foundation. This updated version retains the proven mid-launch, low-spin characteristics of its predecessor while integrating VeloCore+ technology aimed at enhancing stability and consistency.
Fujikura: In-House Technology Innovation
The new version, like its predecessor, was developed utilizing the enso® system, a 3D motion capture technology from Fujikura that analyzes shaft movements in detail. The gathered data directly influenced the design of the new model, which is optimized for energy transfer and control.
Familiar Feel with New Details
According to the manufacturer, the VENTUS TR Blue is ideal for players seeking a consistent ball flight during an active swing. The new material combination of VeloCore+ and Spread Tow Carbon aims to provide increased shaft stability under high stress. Fujikura maintains a balance between feel and control, positioning the new TR Blue between the VENTUS Blue and VENTUS Black models. Product manager TJ Spidle notes that internal tests showed increased clubhead speed for most testers, filling a portfolio gap with a shaft profile that is stable without being excessively stiff.
Multiple Options for Diverse Players
The shaft will be available in weight classes ranging from 50 to 90 grams with flex options from Regular to Extra-Stiff. Starting January 9, 2026, the VENTUS TR Blue will be available through authorized dealers and selected custom-fit programs.
