Fujikura VENTUS TR Blue Launches with Advanced VeloCore+ Technology in 2026

Fujikura kicks off 2026 with the new VENTUS TR Blue shaft featuring the latest VeloCore+ technology.

The VENTUS TR Blue from Fujikura builds upon a proven foundation. This new version retains the well-known mid-launch, low-spin characteristics of its predecessor while incorporating an internal update: VeloCore+, a technology designed to deliver increased stability and consistency according to Fujikura.

Fujikura: In-House Technology Innovation

Like the previous VENTUS TR, the new edition was developed using Fujikura’s enso® system, a 3D motion-capture technology allowing detailed analysis of shaft movement. The insights gained were directly applied to optimize energy transfer and control in the new model.

Familiar Feel with New Enhancements

The VENTUS TR Blue is intended for players seeking a consistent ball flight with an active swing. The new material combination—VeloCore+ and Spread Tow Carbon—aims to provide greater shaft stability under high stress while maintaining a balance of feel and control. Positioned between the VENTUS Blue and VENTUS Black, the TR Blue filled a portfolio gap by offering a stable yet not overly stiff shaft profile. Product manager TJ Spidle noted that internal tests showed increased clubhead speed for most testers.

Variety of Options for Different Players

The shaft will be available in weights ranging from 50 to 90 grams, with flex options from Regular to Extra-Stiff. Starting January 9, 2026, the VENTUS TR Blue will be offered through authorized dealers and selected custom-fit programs.
