Fujikura launches the VENTUS TR Blue, a new model building on a proven foundation. This updated version maintains the trusted mid-launch, low-spin characteristics of its predecessor while introducing VeloCore+ technology designed to enhance stability and consistency.
Fujikura: In-House Technology Development
As with the previous VENTUS TR, the new shaft was developed using the enso® system, Fujikura’s proprietary 3D motion-capture technology that precisely analyzes shaft movement. The insights gained have directly influenced the design of the new model, which Fujikura says delivers optimized energy transfer and control.
Familiar Feel, Refined Details
The VENTUS TR Blue is aimed at players seeking a consistent ball flight with an active swing style. Combining VeloCore+ with Spread Tow Carbon materials, the shaft promises increased stability under high stress without sacrificing the balance between feel and control. Positioned between the VENTUS Blue and VENTUS Black, product manager TJ Spidle highlights that internal tests showed increased clubhead speed for most players, filling a portfolio gap with a stable but not overly stiff shaft profile.
Options for Various Player Types
Available in weight classes from 50 to 90 grams and flex options ranging from Regular to Extra-Stiff, the VENTUS TR Blue will be available from authorized dealers and select custom-fit programs starting January 9, 2026.
