The second half of the hole you have to hit over a ridge to get to the fairway and the undulations throw the ball off the fairway and the green so the approach shots are very difficult.On all holes, with the exception of the 9th hole, there is no trouble short of the greens so if you are in the rough the best thing to do is to play short of the green with your approach shots.We have some late afternoon green fee rates in the summer from around 3pm onwards on most days.
