On Tuesday, Callaway revealed the new generation of its premium golf balls, officially presenting the Chrome Tour Family 2026. With the models Chrome Tour, Chrome Tour X, and Chrome Soft, the manufacturer is expanding its portfolio targeted at ambitious golfers who value tour-level performance, consistent ball flight, and precise feel. The pre-sale starts on January 6 at 3 PM, with the balls available worldwide from January 30, 2026.
Focus on Speed and Consistency
The heart of the new Chrome Tour Family is Callaway’s highlighted Speed Technology. Central to this development is the new Tour Fast Mantle, which through an optimized core and layer system increases ball speed and distance. The goal is to deliver consistent performance across all clubs. This concept is supported by the Advanced Seamless Tour Aero®, which Callaway says provides a high, stable ball flight and exceptional flight and distance consistency on every shot.

The Chrome Soft completes the new family as a 3-piece golf ball. It maintains its established promise to combine outstanding tour performance with an exceptionally soft feel. Pricing and Market Launch
Callaway positions the new Chrome Family in the premium segment. In Germany, the balls will be priced at €65 per dozen.
