XXIO expands its golf ball portfolio with the new Hyper RD model, designed for golfers seeking a high, stable ball flight combined with a soft feel and excellent compatibility with their XXIO clubs.
The Hyper RD features a high launch angle and relatively low spin to produce a more consistent, higher ball flight with extended carry that remains stable even in challenging wind conditions. This is achieved through XXIO’s patented Rebound-Frame structure, which efficiently deforms upon impact to optimize launch angle without requiring swing adjustments.
Inside, the ball incorporates an advanced three-piece construction. A highly resilient mid-layer reduces excess spin and promotes forward ball speed, while the core is engineered for consistent energy transfer across varying swing speeds, resulting in reliable distance and predictable ball behavior.
Enhanced aerodynamics are provided by the new 362 Speed Dimple Pattern, featuring seven differently sized dimples that reduce air resistance and maintain speed and flight stability through to landing.
For the short game, the Hyper RD employs a newly developed Hyper Soft Cover. This ionomer shell improves grip on pitches, chips, and short iron shots, delivering dependable spin and a soft, urethane-like feel without compromising durability and longevity.
