Scotty Cameron Expands Studio-Style Putter Series with Three New Models

Three new Scotty Cameron putters – Santa Fe, Fastback 2, and Fastback 2 Long Design combine classic design with modern face technology.

Titleist’s Carlsbad, California-based subsidiary introduces three new putter models in its Studio-Style family. The Santa Fe, Fastback 2, and Fastback 2 Long Design putters complete the lineup of Scotty Cameron blades and mid-mallets, tailored to different toe flow profiles and putting strokes.

The Studio-Style line merges classic Scotty Cameron blade shapes with newly developed mid-mallet constructions, focusing on refined designs enhanced by technological adjustments aiming for controlled feel and consistent ball speeds. A key feature is the Studio Carbon Steel face insert combined with Chain-Link milling structure, which affects sound and vibration on impact without altering feedback or ball launch consistency.

Scotty Cameron Santa Fe

The Santa Fe model recalls a decades-long classic design, inspired by the Newport head shape. Its curved hosel produces a pronounced toe flow, ideal for golfers with a pronounced arcing stroke, aiding face angle awareness throughout the stroke. Modern manufacturing and current face technology update its timeless appearance.

Scotty Cameron Fastback 2

The Fastback 2 is a compact mid-mallet based on the previous Studio-Style Fastback, featuring a plumbing neck hosel that promotes moderate toe flow for a slight inside-to-inside putting motion. The putter head is CNC-milled steel with a black anodized aluminum insert between toe and heel, increasing perimeter weighting and serving as an alignment aid. This model is also available left-handed.

Scotty Cameron Fastback 2 Long Design

The Fastback 2 Long Design offers a longer, heavier option with the same head shape and hosel as the standard model but enhanced for stability. At 38 inches length with tungsten sole weights, a longer straight grip, and a stiffer shaft, it’s aimed at players seeking a smoother, more consistent stroke. A left-handed version is also available.

Face and Design: Focus on Feedback and Control

All Studio-Style putters feature the Studio Carbon Steel face insert with Chain-Link milling. Internal tests showed carbon steel reduces vibration duration on impact, producing a short, controlled sound and supporting consistent ball speeds. A nickel plating protects the insert, enhancing durability. The milling reduces contact points between ball and face, further dampening sound.

Santa Fe and Fastback 2 come in standard lengths of 33, 34, and 35 inches, priced at 529.00€ MSRP, while the Fastback 2 Long Design is exclusively 38 inches, priced at 599.00€ MSRP. These new Studio-Style putters have been available in golf shops since February 12.
