Scotty Cameron Expands Studio-Style Putter Series with Three New Models

Three new Scotty Cameron putters: Santa Fe, Fastback 2, and Fastback 2 Long Design blend classic design with modern face technology.

The Carlsbad, California-based subsidiary of Titleist introduces three new putter models in their Studio-Style family. The Santa Fe, Fastback 2, and Fastback 2 Long Design putters complete the offering within the putter family, with Scotty Cameron aiming to complement its series of blades and mid-mallets. The putters are designed to accommodate different toe-flow profiles and putting strokes.

The Studio-Style line merges classic Scotty Cameron blade shapes with newly developed mid-mallet constructions. Central to the design is an evolution of well-known models, enhanced with technical adjustments aimed at controlled feel and consistent ball speeds. The key feature is the Studio Carbon Steel face insert, combined with a Chain-Link milling pattern. This construction influences sound and vibration at impact, while maintaining feedback and consistency in ball launch.

The Santa Fe model draws on a decades-old design inspired by the Newport head shape. Its curved hosel creates pronounced toe flow, especially suited for players with a pronounced arcing putting stroke, aiding face angle awareness throughout the stroke. The classic look is updated with modern manufacturing and face technology.

Fastback 2 and Fastback 2 Long Design

The Fastback 2 is a compact mid-mallet based on the previous Studio-Style Fastback. Its plumbing-neck hosel offers moderate toe flow, promoting a slightly inside-to-inside putting stroke. The head is a milled steel body with a black anodized aluminum insert between toe and heel, increasing perimeter weighting and serving as an alignment aid. This model is also available for left-handed players.

The Fastback 2 Long Design is a longer, heavier version of the Fastback 2. It retains the standard head shape and hosel but adds stability with a 38-inch length, tungsten sole weights for extra head weight, a longer straight grip, and a stiffer shaft. This variant targets players seeking a smoother, more consistent stroke and is also available in a left-handed version.
