Mizuno Pro Modern Series: Precision Meets Speed in New Irons

With the Mizuno Pro M-13 and M-15 irons, Mizuno launches a new Pro generation for players seeking speed, control, and feel in a classic shape.

Introducing the Pro Modern Series, Mizuno opens a new chapter of its Pro line. The M-13 and M-15 models cater to ambitious golfers who expect modern performance features but still want compact head shapes, solid impact feel, and precise feedback at contact. Both models target different player types and complement Mizuno’s existing Pro lineup with a contemporary performance-oriented variant.

Mizuno Pro M-13: Tour-Inspired Shape with Modern Power

The Pro M-13 continues the legacy of the Pro 243 with a tour-proven concept, combining classic proportions with an advanced construction. It is aimed at players seeking a fast, stable ball flight and maximal precision in scoring irons.

The long irons feature a three-piece forged structure. The combination of Chromoly and stainless steel allows for an extremely thin face, generating significantly higher ball speed than its predecessor. Despite increased dynamics, feedback remains clear and direct. Mid irons provide consistent distance through added flexibility, while short irons and wedges focus on precision and feel with a one-piece forging.

Performance is enhanced by calibrated vibration damping and a tour-inspired sole for clean turf interaction.

Pro M-15: More Height and Stability

The M-15, successor to the Pro 245, targets players who prefer a higher launch and added forgiveness without sacrificing a compact look. The set ensures harmonious transitions in shape, feel, and performance from long irons to wedges.

A key feature is the refined CORTECH face technology in irons 4 through 8, combined with a hollow-body construction for high ball speeds and consistent results. Strategically positioned tungsten weights increase launch and stability, promoting a straight and reliable ball flight. Short irons emphasize control with a partially hollow forged construction.

An optimized sole geometry improves turf contact, while targeted damping elements deliver a solid impact sensation.
