Fujikura starts 2026 with the new VENTUS TR Blue shaft featuring fresh VeloCore+ technology.
With the VENTUS TR Blue, Fujikura launches an updated model built on a well-known foundation. This new version retains the proven mid-launch/low-spin characteristics of its predecessor but adds an internal upgrade: VeloCore+ technology, which Fujikura claims brings greater stability and consistency into play.
Fujikura: In-House Technology
As with the previous VENTUS TR, this new version was developed using the enso® system, a 3D motion capture technology by the company that allows detailed analysis of shaft movements. The data obtained fed directly into designing the new model, optimized for energy transfer and control according to Fujikura.
Familiar Feel with New Details
The VENTUS TR Blue is designed especially for players seeking a consistent ball flight with an active swing. The new material combination—VeloCore+ and Spread Tow Carbon—is aimed at providing increased shaft stability under high stress. Fujikura maintains the balance between feel and control. Positioned between the VENTUS Blue and VENTUS Black models, product manager TJ Spidle noted internal tests showed increased clubhead speed for most testers. The shaft fills a portfolio gap, ideal for those wanting a stable but not overly stiff profile.
Multiple Options for Different Player Types
The shaft will be available in multiple weight classes ranging from 50 to 90 grams, and flex options from Regular to Extra-Stiff. Starting January 9, 2026, the VENTUS TR Blue will be sold through authorized retailers and selected custom-fit programs.
