Fujikura starts 2026 with the new VENTUS TR Blue shaft featuring fresh VeloCore+ technology.
With the VENTUS TR Blue, Fujikura introduces a new model built on a well-known foundation. The new version retains the proven mid-launch, low-spin characteristics of its predecessor but enhances it internally with VeloCore+ technology, designed to deliver greater stability and consistency.
Fujikura: In-House Technology
Similar to the previous VENTUS TR, the new version was developed using the enso® system, Fujikura’s own 3D motion capture technology that precisely analyzes shaft movement. The data obtained directly influenced the design, resulting in improvements in energy transfer and control.
Familiar Feel, New Details
The VENTUS TR Blue is aimed at players seeking a consistent ball flight with an active swing style. The new material mix—VeloCore+ combined with Spread Tow Carbon— enhances shaft stability especially under high load. Fujikura positions the TR Blue between the VENTUS Blue and VENTUS Black models. Product manager TJ Spidle revealed internal tests showed increased clubhead speed for most players, filling a portfolio gap with a shaft that offers stability without being overly stiff.
Multiple Options for Different Players
The shaft will be available in weights ranging from 50 to 90 grams and flex options from Regular to Extra-Stiff. It will launch in authorized stores and selected custom-fit programs starting January 9, 2026.
