Fujikura VENTUS TR Blue: Next-Gen Shaft with VeloCore+ Technology

Fujikura kicks off 2026 with the new VENTUS TR Blue shaft featuring fresh VeloCore+ technology.

With the VENTUS TR Blue, Fujikura introduces a new model built on a familiar foundation. The new version retains the proven mid-launch/low-spin characteristics of its predecessor but complements it with an internal update: VeloCore+ technology, which Fujikura claims brings greater stability and consistency to play.

Fujikura: In-House Technology

Like the previous VENTUS TR, the new version was developed using the enso® system, a 3D motion capture technology from the company that allows detailed analysis of shaft movements. The data obtained flowed directly into the design of the new model, which Fujikura says is optimized for energy transfer and control.

Familiar Feel, New Details

The VENTUS TR Blue is designed for players seeking a consistent ball flight with an active swing. The new material combination—VeloCore+ and Spread Tow Carbon—aims to provide enhanced stability under high stress along the shaft’s length. Fujikura maintains a balance between feel and control. The company positions the new TR Blue shaft between the VENTUS Blue and VENTUS Black models. According to product manager TJ Spidle, internal testing showed increased clubhead speed for most participants. This new model fills a portfolio gap and is designed for those who want a stable but not overly stiff shaft profile.

Multiple Options for Different Player Types

The shaft will be available in various weight classes from 50 to 90 grams, with flex options ranging from Regular to Extra-Stiff. The VENTUS TR Blue will be available in stores starting January 9, 2026—through authorized dealers and selected custom-fit programs.
