Srixon ZXiR Irons: New Models for Enhanced Long-Game Support

Srixon expands its iron lineup for golfers seeking more support in the long game.

Srixon raises the bar in the game-improvement iron segment with its new ZXiR and ZXiR HL irons. These models cater to golfers looking for extra support and comfort in their shots, whether they want more distance, better control, or an improved feel. The new irons complete the ZXi series and make the entry into the ZXi iron world easier, combining a soft impact feel with high forgiveness.

Srixon: New Material, New Feel

At the core of the development is a new material called i-ALLOY, which is about ten percent softer than the standard 431 steel, reducing vibrations for a softer impact feel. Combined with an updated face technology known as the MainFrame pattern, this creates a smoother strike and higher ball speed. The sweet spot is precisely positioned where most players need it, enhancing performance.

Design and Playability Enhancements

The irons retain the classic cavity-back design and sleek topline characteristic of the ZXi series, with some adjustments such as wider soles, longer faces, and more offset to improve confidence at address. The HL model targets players with slower swing speeds to help achieve higher launch angles, offering more assistance on ball takeoff.

Fitting and Options for Every Swing

The ZXi family now includes seven models, providing suitable options for nearly every swing profile. Srixon continues its tradition of versatility with shaft options from KBS, grips from Golf Pride, and many configuration possibilities, allowing clubfitters and players to optimize their setups. The irons will be available for pre-order through fittings starting December 4, 2025, with official sales beginning on February 6, 2026. The price for a set of six irons is 1,049 euros, offered in both steel and graphite shafts.
