Where does the GOAT’s journey lead next? PGA Tour, PGA Tour Champions, Majors or Senior Majors? Many questions remain, and it’s complicated.
Quo vadis, Tiger? This question has been asked almost every year since 2009, when personal scandals surfaced. Then again in 2014, after his powerful return was halted by a debilitating back injury, and once more in 2019, when his triumphant fifth Masters and 15th Major silenced critics insisting ‘They Never Come Back.’ Woods proved the doubters wrong, showing that the GOAT should never be counted out.
Most significantly since February 23, 2021, the day of his severe car accident in California. Miraculously surviving, Woods suffered nearly catastrophic injuries to his right lower leg and foot, derailing his playing career much like the SUV crash caused by suspected microsleep at the wheel.
