Justin Rose captivated fans by making an albatross on the tenth hole with a 4-iron from 210 meters, a milestone that stunned the crowd. Even Tiger Woods, present at the event, admitted he never achieved an albatross in his career. This historic shot pushed Los Angeles to a 5:1 lead.

Los Angeles saved a hammer for the penultimate hole, which New York accepted to stay in the match. Collin Morikawa secured par on that hole, clinching the victory. The final hole yielded no further points for New York, with the match ending 8:4 for Los Angeles.
With this win and a 1-1-0 record, Los Angeles remains in playoff contention, while Jupiter Links suffers its fifth consecutive loss since last season.
