From May 14–17, 2026, the German pro golf season kicks off at Green Eagle Golf Courses near Hamburg. Here’s how to get your tickets.
The fifth edition of the Amundi German Masters powered by VcG will mark the opening of the 2026 professional golf season in Germany and serve as the first Ladies European Tour (LET) event of the year in Europe. Following a successful debut in Hamburg in 2025 that drew over 10,000 fans and delivered strong performances from German players, organizers aim to enhance the fan experience even further in 2026. A key highlight will be the return of top German female golfers competing on home soil.
“Green Eagle Golf Courses offers an outstanding venue with excellent infrastructure and a prime location. We have great German players and a date that promises excitement for the upcoming golf season,” said Tournament Director Dirk Glittenberg.
Achim Battermann, Vice President of the German Golf Association and VcG, added: “The Amundi German Masters is a true highlight in German golf. It showcases Europe’s top female players and promotes the development of women’s golf in Germany. It also serves as inspiration for our younger generation.”
Among the top contenders in 2026 will be Olympic medalist Esther Henseleit, rising star Helen Briem—fresh off her LPGA Q-Series Final Stage win—and 2024 champion Alexandra Försterling. Also expected to compete are German LET winners Laura Fünfstück and Patricia Isabel Schmidt, along with Leonie Harm and Olivia Cowan, who finished third at the LET season finale in November.
“The Amundi German Masters means a lot to me. I often think about my 2024 win and am already looking forward to playing at home again,” said Försterling. “The atmosphere created by the German fans is unique. Playing in front of my family and home crowd makes this event truly special.”
