The splendid ensemble in Germany’s green heart, Thuringia, is a true top-tier retreat. Soon, a third golf course will open.
Every room breathes the spirit of its owner. This is especially true at Spa & GolfResort Weimarer Land, located 20 minutes by car from the cultural city of Weimar. The Grafe family has created a haven where even the smallest detail reflects their high standards and style.
A Special Touch of Personal Hospitality
This personal hospitality defines the entire resort: from the 94 rooms and suites of the hotel and seven family residences, to the LindenSpa, which expanded to 3,000 square meters in 2023 with high-end wellness offerings, and the resort’s now seven restaurants.
Seven Restaurants, Two Michelin-Starred
The Masters with chef Danny Schwabe and The First by Marcello Fabbri each hold a Michelin star for French-inspired and Italian haute cuisine respectively, making Weimarer Land quite unique. The Güldene Zopf in nearby Blankenhain focuses exclusively on Thuringian specialties. Every January, Grafe hosts the Culinary Open, a walking dinner gathering star chefs annually.
Golf Courses and Unique Facilities
The golf layout includes the Goethe and Feininger courses, each 18 holes. The original Bobby Jones Champion-Course winds through the scenic Thuringian landscape. Parallel to the resort, old buildings were transformed into charming facilities like the GolfHütte with reception, pro shop, and dining. The resort offers a 9-hole Königin Louise course and the Luke Ross Hall with three Trackman simulators, completing the golf experience.
