Nestled in Germany’s green heart, Thuringia, Spa & GolfResort Weimarer Land offers luxury and plans a third golf course.
Every space at Spa & GolfResort Weimarer Land reflects the spirit of its owners. Located 20 minutes from the cultural city of Weimar, the Grafe family created a refuge where every detail resonates quality and style.
Unique Personal Hospitality
The resort’s atmosphere is shaped by personal hospitality: from 94 hotel rooms and suites, seven family residences, to the 3,000-square-meter LindenSpa expanded in 2023, and seven restaurants.
Michelin-Starred Dining
Two restaurants, The Masters with Chef Danny Schwabe and The First by Marcello Fabbri, each hold a Michelin star for French and Italian haute cuisine. The Güldene Zopf in nearby Blankenhain serves traditional Thuringian specialties, and the annual Culinary Open in January attracts top chefs.
Golf Courses and Development
The resort features the 18-hole Goethe-Course and Feininger-Course, designed by Achim Reinmuth, nestled in scenic Thuringian landscapes. A third 18-hole course is planned on 110 hectares of forest recently acquired, promising to enhance the resort’s uniqueness.
