The tee times for The American Express on the PGA Tour are set. Three DACH players start on three different courses.
At the second tournament of The American Express on the PGA Tour, players tee off on Thursday across three different courses at PGA West in La Quinta, located in Southern California, also known as the ‘Golden State’. PGA West is a world-renowned golf and lifestyle resort nicknamed ‘The Western Home of Golf in America’, featuring several clubhouses and a total of nine golf courses, despite the town of La Quinta having just around 40,000 inhabitants. During the tournament, play takes place on the Pete Dye Stadium Course, La Quinta Country Club, and the Nicklaus Tournament Course.
Alongside last year’s defending champion from Austria, Sepp Straka, two German players are also competing in this tournament. Matti Schmid is starting his second tournament of the season after missing the cut last weekend in Hawaii. Stephan Jäger, on the other hand, is making his 2026 season debut in California. MagentaTV will broadcast the tournament live from Thursday to Sunday starting at 5:30 pm local time.
