PGA Tour Tee Times: Straka, Schmid, and Jäger at The American Express 2026

The tee times for The American Express on the PGA Tour are set. Three DACH players will start on three different courses.

For the second tournament of the PGA Tour, The American Express players tee off on Thursday across three different courses at PGA West in La Quinta, southern California’s ‘Golden State’. Despite La Quinta’s population of around 40,000, PGA West is a world-renowned golf and lifestyle resort dubbed ‘The Western Home of Golf in America’ featuring multiple clubhouses and nine courses in total. Throughout the tournament, play takes place on the Pete Dye Stadium Course, La Quinta Country Club, and the Nicklaus Tournament Course.

Besides last year’s defending champion from Austria Sepp Straka, two German players will also compete. Matti Schmid embarks on his second tournament this season after missing the cut last weekend in Hawaii. Stephan Jäger makes his 2026 season debut in California. MagentaTV will provide live coverage from Thursday to Sunday starting at 5:30 p.m. local time.
