German players and Brooks Koepka’s comeback add excitement to the PGA Tour opener at Torrey Pines. Check out the tee times here.
As the first tee times for the Farmers Insurance Open are announced, all eyes turn once more to Torrey Pines – one of the most iconic venues on the PGA Tour. The challenging South Course, with its long par-4s, narrow fairways, and notorious greens, is a true test, while the slightly shorter North Course appears more scorable but offers no easy gifts. This combination consistently draws a top-class field and early competitive excitement every year.
From a German perspective, the tournament start is especially interesting: Stephan Jäger, Thomas Rosenmüller, Matti Schmid, and Jeremy Paul will tee off. Jäger and Rosenmüller have a chance for an aggressive start on the North Course, while Schmid faces strong international competition on the South Course.
Brooks Koepka’s Comeback on the PGA Tour
Another major focus is the comeback of Brooks Koepka on the PGA Tour. The multiple major winner tees off on the South Course alongside Ludvig Åberg and Max Homa – a group sure to attract early tournament and fan attention. Koepka’s return adds extra star power to an already strong field, making the Farmers Insurance Open even more exciting. The tournament will be broadcast on MagentaTV on Thursday and Friday starting at 17:30 CET, and on Saturday and Sunday from 18:00 CET.
All tee times are given in Central European Time.
