German players and Brooks Koepka’s comeback promise excitement at the PGA Tour kickoff in Torrey Pines. Find out the tee times here.
When the first tee times are announced at the Farmers Insurance Open, all eyes turn to Torrey Pines – one of the most iconic venues on the PGA Tour. The challenging South Course, with its long par-4s, narrow fairways, and notorious greens, is a true test, while the somewhat shorter North Course appears scorable but gives no gifts. This combination provides a high-class field and early sporting excitement each year.
From a German perspective, the tournament start is particularly interesting: Stephan Jäger, Thomas Rosenmüller, Matti Schmid, and Jeremy Paul are all teeing off. Jäger and Rosenmüller have the chance to start aggressively on the North Course, while Schmid faces strong international competition directly on the South Course.
Brooks Koepka’s Comeback on the PGA Tour
Another major highlight is the comeback of Brooks Koepka on the PGA Tour. The multiple major winner tees off together with Ludvig Åberg and Max Homa on the South Course – a group that is sure to attract early tournament and fan attention. Koepka’s return adds extra star power to an already strong field and makes the Farmers Insurance Open even more exciting. The tournament will be broadcast on MagentaTV on Thursday and Friday from 17:30 and Saturday and Sunday from 18:00 (all times in CET).
