The challenging South Course, with its long par-4s, narrow fairways, and notorious greens, stands as a true test, while the somewhat shorter North Course appears scorable but offers no easy gifts. This combination ensures a high-quality field and early competitive tension every year.

From a German perspective, the tournament start is especially interesting: Stephan Jäger, Thomas Rosenmüller, Matti Schmid, and Jeremy Paul are set to tee off. Jäger and Rosenmüller have the opportunity for an aggressive start on the North Course, while Schmid faces tough international competition directly on the South Course.

Brooks Koepka’s Comeback on the PGA Tour

Another major highlight is the comeback of Brooks Koepka on the PGA Tour. The multiple major champion tees off on the South Course alongside Ludvig Åberg and Max Homa – a group likely to attract early tournament and fan focus. Koepka’s return adds extra star power to an already elite field and heightens the excitement surrounding the Farmers Insurance Open. The tournament will be broadcast on MagentaTV Thursday and Friday starting at 17:30 CET and Saturday and Sunday from 18:00 CET.
