PGA Tour Tee Times: German Players and Koepka’s Exciting Comeback

German players and Brooks Koepka’s comeback spark excitement at Torrey Pines for the PGA Tour kickoff.

When the first tee times are called at the Farmers Insurance Open, all eyes turn to Torrey Pines – one of the most iconic venues on the PGA Tour. The challenging South Course, with its long par-4 holes, narrow fairways, and notorious greens, is a true test, while the slightly shorter North Course appears more scorably but gives no gifts. This combination creates a high-quality field and early sporting excitement every year.

From a German perspective, the tournament start is particularly interesting: Stephan Jäger, Thomas Rosenmüller, Matti Schmid, and Jeremy Paul will tee off. Jäger and Rosenmüller have the opportunity for an aggressive start on the North Course, while Schmid faces strong international competition right away on the South Course.

Brooks Koepka’s Comeback on the PGA Tour

Another major highlight is Brooks Koepka’s comeback on the PGA Tour. The multiple major winner tees off with Ludvig Åberg and Max Homa on the South Course – a flight that is sure to attract early tournament and fan attention. Koepka’s return adds extra star power to an already strong field, making the Farmers Insurance Open even more exciting. The tournament will be broadcast on MagentaTV on Thursday and Friday from 5:30 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 pm (all times in German time).
