Mizuno Pro Modern Series: Precision Meets Speed with M-13 and M-15 Irons

Mizuno launches the Pro M-13 and M-15 irons, blending speed, control, and feel in classic shapes for ambitious golfers.

With the introduction of the Pro Modern Series, Mizuno opens a new chapter in its Pro line. The M-13 and M-15 models target dedicated players seeking modern performance features without sacrificing compact head shapes, solid impact feel, and precise feedback at ball contact. Both models cater to different player types and complement Mizuno’s existing Pro offerings with contemporary, performance-oriented designs.

Mizuno Pro M-13: Tour-Inspired Shape with Modern Power

The Pro M-13 follows its predecessor, the Pro 243, embracing a tour-proven concept that combines classic proportions with advanced construction. It is aimed at players who want a fast, stable ball flight paired with maximum precision in scoring irons.

Long irons feature a three-piece forged construction combining Chromoly and stainless steel to achieve an ultra-thin face that generates significantly higher ball speeds compared to the previous model. Despite increased power, feedback remains clear and direct. Mid irons offer added flexibility for consistent distances, while short irons and wedges utilize a single-piece forging to prioritize accuracy and feel.

Performance is further enhanced by tuned vibration dampening and a tour-inspired sole design for clean turf interaction.

Pro M-15: Increased Launch and Stability

The M-15, successor to the Pro 245, targets players preferring higher ball flight and added forgiveness without losing a compact look. The set ensures smooth transitions in shape, feel, and performance from long irons to wedges.

At its core is the enhanced CORTECH face technology in irons 4 through 8, combined with a hollow-body construction for high ball speeds and consistent results. Strategically placed tungsten weights boost launch and stability, promoting a straight, reliable ball flight. Short irons focus more on control, supported by a partially hollow forged design.

Optimized sole geometry improves turf contact, while targeted damping elements create a solid impact sensation.
