After six intense days at LPGA Q-School, three Germans and a Swiss player earn LPGA Tour cards for 2026 in dramatic fashion.
Challenging weather conditions in Mobile, Alabama, forced the LPGA Q-School to be shortened to four rounds. Despite the adversity, Helen Briem, Polly Mack, and Isi Gabsa secured their LPGA Tour cards for 2026. Swiss golfer Chiara Tamburlini also finished in the top 25 to earn her spot.
Helen Briem dominates LPGA Q-School
Originally scheduled for five rounds, the tournament was cut to four due to persistent weather delays. Helen Briem thrived under pressure, showcasing mental toughness and consistency. Already a standout on the Ladies European Tour with seven top-10 finishes and ranked ninth in the Order of Merit, Briem now takes the next step in her career.
\”I’m a bit speechless right now. I came here without big expectations, but I’m really happy to be playing on the LPGA Tour next year. That’s very cool,\” said Briem.

Polly Mack delivered one of the most impressive comebacks of the final day. Starting tied for 44th at even par, the 26-year-old fired a stunning 64 with nine birdies and just one bogey to finish tied for 10th. With 50 LPGA starts since 2023, including a T3 finish, Mack used her experience to reclaim her tour card. \”You always know Final Stage will be tough… I’ve done this every year since 2021. I’ve learned to stay mentally strong and patient, knowing birdies will come. I’m proud of my progress,\” she said.

Isi Gabsa’s fate was decided on the final hole. After narrowly missing her card last year, a birdie on 18 secured her a T24 finish at -5 and a return to the LPGA Tour. Gabsa, who debuted on the LPGA in 2016 and was Rookie in 2019, has made 97 LPGA starts. Meanwhile, Switzerland’s Chiara Tamburlini shot -4 in the final round to break into the top 25.
