Isi Gabsa and Celina Sattelkau secured limited status on the LET for 2025 after finishing inside the top 50 at Q-School.
At the LET Q-School, Isi Gabsa and Celina Sattelkau both finished inside the top 50, earning limited playing rights for the upcoming season. Gabsa finished T21, missing out on a full tour card by just one stroke, while Sattelkau ended the tournament T36. Carolin Kauffmann narrowly missed the top 50, finishing 51st after a costly bogey on the final hole. The tournament, shortened to 72 holes due to poor weather, was won by Poland’s Dorota Zalewska with a total score of 19-under-par.
LET Q-School: Gabsa’s Late Charge Falls Short
Isi Gabsa delivered her best round of the week on Saturday with a 66, climbing the leaderboard with a strong front nine that included three consecutive birdies from holes 5 to 7. She carried the momentum into the back nine, adding four more birdies in the first five holes. A single bogey on hole 12 ultimately proved costly, leaving the 30-year-old one shot short of a full tour card.
Celina Sattelkau played a steady final round with two birdies and one bogey, finishing at 6-under-par and T36 overall. The 24-year-old improved her category status from 17 to 16 for the 2025 season, giving her better access to events on the LET.
Final-Hole Bogey Costs Kauffmann a Category
Carolin Kauffmann was inside the top 50 heading into the final hole but dropped out after a bogey, finishing 51st. Despite the setback, she retains LET status in category 17 for 2025 thanks to her 85th-place finish in the Order of Merit, keeping her in contention for most events and a potential top-80 finish next season.
Sophie Hausmann also missed the top 50, finishing T58 at 3-under-par. Her final-round 69, highlighted by an eagle on hole 10, was her best of the week. However, a poor opening round at 3-over-par proved too much to overcome. Having spent recent seasons on the Epson Tour in the U.S., the missed LET card is a minor setback for the 28-year-old.
