Isi Gabsa and Celina Sattelkau secured limited playing rights for the 2026 Ladies European Tour season after finishing inside the top 50 at Q-School.
Gabsa finished T21, narrowly missing out on a full tour card by just one shot. Sattelkau ended the tournament at T36 with a solid performance. Carolin Kauffmann came heartbreakingly close, finishing 51st after a bogey on the final hole pushed her out of the top 50. The tournament, shortened to 72 holes due to poor weather, was won by Poland’s Dorota Zalewska with a total score of 19-under-par.
LET Q-School: Gabsa’s Rally Falls Just Short
Gabsa delivered her best round of the week on Saturday with a 66, including three consecutive birdies on holes 5 through 7 and four more on the back nine. A single bogey on hole 12 ultimately cost the 30-year-old a full tour card, as she missed the top 20 by one stroke.
Celina Sattelkau played a composed final round, carding two birdies and one bogey to finish at 6-under-par for the tournament. The 24-year-old improves on last year’s result, when she narrowly missed the top 50 and was placed in a lower category.
Late Disappointment for Kauffmann
Carolin Kauffmann appeared poised to secure limited status again this season, but a bogey on the 18th hole dropped her to 51st at 4-under-par. She will now be placed in a lower category for the upcoming season.
Sophie Hausmann also missed the top 50, finishing T58 at 3-under-par. Despite a strong final round 69 that included an eagle on hole 10, a poor opening round at 3-over-par proved too costly.
