The Brit needed only a third-place finish to secure his first world championship title—and he delivered under immense pressure, surrounded by title contenders. After a long and grueling season, the McLaren driver finally claimed motorsport’s most coveted trophy.

Relief was written all over his face: after intense races, endless travel, and constant mental strain, Norris fulfilled a dream he had worked toward for years. One of the first to congratulate him came from a different sport entirely: golf star Tyrrell Hatton took to X to celebrate the new champion.
