Four tours offer a full week of golf from the Bahamas and Dubai to the PGA Tour, featuring several German players. The golf week preview:

Korn Ferry Tour: Long Monday in the Bahamas

The international golf week kicks off quickly with the Korn Ferry Tour in the Bahamas. The first round of the Bahamas Great Abaco Classics is underway at the Great Abaco Club on Winding Bay. Due to darkness, the first round could not be completed as scheduled, resulting in a particularly long Monday of golf. Currently, a score of -5 leads at the clubhouse, while Ben Taylor is still to finish his strong performance: after 15 holes, he is alone in the lead at -6.

The tournament runs until Wednesday and is broadcast daily from 8:00 PM on MagentaTV.

DP World Tour: Star-Studded Field and Strong German Presence in Dubai

The DP World Tour remains in Dubai at the Emirates Golf Club. Seven German-speaking players tee off at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic on Thursday. Besides Nicolai von Dellingshausen and Marcel Siem, the field includes Marcel Schneider, Joel Girrbach, Freddy Schott, Bernd Wiesberger, and Jeremy Paul competing for a $9 million prize fund. International stars are also present: Rory McIlroy, a four-time winner of this event, is among the favorites, along with Tommy Fleetwood, Patrick Reed, and Francesco Molinari. After his win last week in Dubai, Nacho Elvira will also compete with added confidence.

PGA Tour: Scheffler Begins 2026 Season in California

The PGA Tour also kicks off on Thursday at the Pete Dye Stadium Course in La Quinta, California. World number one Scottie Scheffler starts his 2026 campaign aiming to build on his outstanding 2025 season, seeking his first American Express Championship title.

Defending champion Sepp Straka from Austria is back in the field. It will also be interesting to see if Ryan Gerard (2nd at Dubai Invitational) and Patrick Rodgers (3rd at Dubai Invitational) can maintain their strong form from last week. German players Stephan Jäger and Matti Schmid will also represent their country.

PGA Tour Champions: Legends Tee Off in Hawaii

The week concludes with the PGA Tour Champions at the Mitsubishi Electric Championship in Hualalai, Hawaii, running from Friday to Sunday. They also face competition from Vijay Singh, who warmed up in Hawaii last week after making the cut on the PGA Tour.
