At the LIV Golf Promotions Event 2026, players compete for starting positions in the upcoming LIV Golf League season. The tournament takes place from January 8 to 11, 2026, at Black Diamond Ranch in Lecanto, Florida. The top three players will secure full starting spots for the 2026 LIV Golf League. Additionally, the top 10 players (including ties) automatically qualify for the 2026 International Series.
The event is played over four rounds of stroke play. After round 1, the top 20 players and ties advance to round 2, with scores reset. The same process applies after round 2, with the top 20 moving on to rounds 3 and 4. Rounds 3 and 4 are played with cumulative scoring. A playoff occurs only if needed to determine the winner or the runners-up for second and third place.
