The official golf season launches next week, but LIV Golf’s Promotions Event where players qualify is already underway. Watch live on TV.
At the LIV Golf Promotions Event 2026, players compete for spots in the upcoming LIV Golf League season. The tournament takes place from January 8 to 11, 2026, at Black Diamond Ranch in Lecanto, Florida. The top three players at the event will earn full spots for the 2026 LIV Golf League season. Additionally, the top 10 players (including ties) automatically qualify for the 2026 International Series.
The tournament is played over four rounds of stroke play. After the first round, the top 20 players and ties advance to round two, with scores reset. The same applies after round two, with the top 20 moving on to rounds three and four, which are played with cumulative scoring. A playoff occurs only if necessary to determine the winner or second and third place.
