The PGA Tour kicks off this week at the Genesis Invitational in Pacific Palisades, California, held at the Riviera Country Club with Tiger Woods as host. Although only Matti Schmid from the German-speaking region is competing, the tournament features a high-caliber field of prominent names battling for crucial world ranking points and a total prize fund of $20,000,000. Defending champion Ludvig Åberg and world number one Scottie Scheffler will both be in the field, alongside stars like Tommy Fleetwood, Rory McIlroy, Shane Lowry, Collin Morikawa, Russell Henley, J.J. The DP World Tour moves to Kenya for the Magical Kenya Open in the capital Nairobi.
