Srixon expands its iron lineup for golfers seeking more support in their long game.
With the new ZXiR and ZXiR HL irons, Srixon raises the bar in the segment of game-improvement irons by offering broader options. These models cater to golfers who want more assistance and comfort in their shots. Whether aiming for more distance, better control, or enhanced feel, Srixon’s new irons provide those options while maintaining classic ZXi design features. The new models round out the series and ease entry into the ZXi iron family with a soft feel and high forgiveness.
Srixon: New Material, New Feel
At the core lies a new material called i-ALLOY, which is approximately 10% softer than typical 431 steel, reducing vibration and delivering a softer impact feel. Combined with the revamped MainFrame face pattern, this technology produces a smoother strike and higher ball speeds. The sweet spot is precisely positioned where most players benefit the most.

Visually, the irons retain the ZXi series’ signature look: cavity-back design and slim top line, with adjustments including wider soles, longer faces, and more offset for greater confidence at address. The HL version is designed for players with slower clubhead speeds, focusing on higher launch angles to assist ball flight.
Fitting and Selection – More Than Standard
The ZXi family now totals seven models, covering almost every swing profile. Srixon continues to offer customization with shaft options from KBS, Golf Pride grips, and various combo possibilities, allowing fitters and players to optimize setups. Pre-orders begin December 4, 2025, exclusively through fittings. The official release date is February 6, 2026. The six-iron set costs €1,049, available in both steel and graphite shafts.
