Srixon expands its iron lineup for golfers seeking more support in the long game.
Srixon raises the bar in game-improvement irons with the new ZXiR and ZXiR HL models. These irons are designed for golfers looking for extra support and comfort in their long game, whether aiming for more distance, control, or a better feel. The new variants complement the series, making the ZXi world more accessible by combining a soft impact feel with high forgiveness.
Srixon: New Material, New Feel
At the core of these irons is a new material called i-ALLOY, which is roughly ten percent softer than standard 431 steel, resulting in less vibration and a softer feel at impact. Paired with the updated MainFrame face technology, these irons offer a smoother feel and increased ball speed. The sweet spot is precisely positioned where most golfers need it.
Visually, the irons maintain the ZXi series’ signature cavity-back design and sleek topline, but with some adjustments including wider soles, longer faces, and more offset to provide confidence at address. The HL version targets players with slower swing speeds, focusing on higher launch angles for those needing extra help with ball flight.
Fitting and Selection – Beyond Standard
The ZXi family now includes seven models, catering to virtually every swing profile. Consistent with previous models, Srixon emphasizes versatility with shaft options from KBS, Golf Pride grips, and numerous combinations to optimize the setup. The irons will be available for preorder through fittings starting December 4, 2025, with an official release on February 6, 2026. The price for a set of six irons is €1,049, available in both steel and graphite shaft options.
